 Baked Chicken and Rice
 
 
Very simple baked dish.
 
1 lb    boneless skinless chicken breasts  
1   can cream of mushroom soup  
1 cup    water  
1   envelope onion soup mix  
1 cup    rice, (not instant)  
 
1 Place chicken in prepared casserole dish.
2 In separate bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
3 Cover and bake at 375°F. for 1 hour.

Cooking time: 4 minutes
