Aqualogix Fitness Workout-
An athletic approach to water fitness training with sports-specific drills, intense cardiovascular work, intervals, and plyometrics. A great way to improve your cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength and endurance with minimal stress on your joints. Also recommended as a great form of cross training.

Older Youth Strength Training Class -
A class designed to teach youth ages 12 - 15 the basics on cardiovascular endurance training, strength training and flexibility training. Emphasis will be placed on safety and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
