This section contains over 300 exercise images to provide you with more ideas and variety for your workouts. Just right click, copy, and paste the image in the Excel workout log (see below). If you need to resize the picture, right-click, format, and then size. Pictures on my Flickr site are categorized (tagged) by the 9 major muscle groups (biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, quads, hamstrings, calves and abs).
You will also find other useful resources in this section, such as e-Reports, exercise log, workout plans, sample meal plans, etc.

Below are sample meal plans of adult women following the Build A Better Body Workout Plans and Eating Plan. The menus provide high quality whole grain and vegetable foods for optimum performance needs. The average macronutrient ratio for the 7-day period is 60% carbohydrates, 20% protein and 20% fat. This is the optimum ratio to help you build/maintain lean body tissue and fuel your workouts to burn fat. Download the meal plan closest to your weight to get an idea of the proper amounts of macronutrients, portion sizes and total calories.
