Customized Programs To Help You Get The Results You Want!
What does your workout program look like now? Do you feel confused with all of the equipment at the fitness center? Do you have a game plan, or do you just go to the fitness center and work the machines that you like the best?
Fitness programming can be very confusing for the person who doesn't have much experience in this area. And, without a balanced and well planned program, all of your hard work in the fitness center could be a waste of time. If you have been going to the fitness center for the last 6 months and have not changed your program, your body is not getting much from your workouts anymore. You might as well stay home.
Let Me Help You. Your fitness program needs to be realistic, efficient, intense, consistent, and interesting in order for you to reach your fitness goals. By carefully analyzing your personal goals, exercise history and fitness assessments, I will design an exercise program that is effective, safe and specifically geared to your individual abilities and needs.
I will personally show you how to perform each exercise with correct form and technique and provide you with feedback to continue your progress. Membership at a fitness center is not necessary. Working out from your house with minimal equipment is all you need.
I will also recommend a healthy eating plan with daily menus and delicious recipes. We will also take a tour of a local grocery store to learn how to shop for healthy foods.
Sessions are progressive and motivating to keep your body steadily improving and to make sure you avoid a plateau. Each session lasts between 60 - 90 minutes and consist of a warm up, strength and or cardiovascular conditioning and stretching. Each session is customized based on your goals and abilities. When we finish, you will look and feel like a million dollars!
Workout sessions are held in SW Houston, Central Houston and Sugar Land only. I will come to your house or office and customize the workouts with minimal equipment. If you have your own pool, I can also train you in the water for a great aquatic fitness workout with very little impact on your joints.
Rates are $99 per session or $1,000 for complete Build A Better Body Program conducted at your house/office 3 times per week for 4 weeks or once per week for 12 weeks.
If you live in other parts of the world, I offer online personal training.
